Our client is a market leading German company with over 40 years' experience of supplying high quality products to engineering and plastics companies all around the UK.
They currently have a vacancy for someone to support their Managing Director in an appointment setting role.
Main Role Outlined
Our client is currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced appointment setter in their Rotherham based office.
This is an important role for the company and will involve capturing the attention of potential customers and arranging quality site appointments for the MD.
Once experienced, this role has scope to progress to a more client facing position where you can manage and service your own sales territory.
You will need to be proactive, bubbly and someone who can generate leads through fact finding, telephone calls and internet research.
* Capturing the customer's attention with your outgoing, friendly approach
* Sending high quality emails
* Managing the MD's diary and booking in appointments
* Promoting the benefits of various products
* Booking a no obligation, free demonstration for the customer
* Following up with customers and clients via telephone call
* Working directly with the managing director to move the business forward
* Previous experience in a similar appointment setting / lead generation role
* Friendly, confident and outgoing personality
* Strong work ethic and the drive to succeed and progress
* Can-do attitude
* Enthusiastic, self-motivated and sales motivated
Required Experience and Knowledge
* 2 years + proven experience in a B2B environment
* No prior knowledge of the products is needed as full training will be provided for the right candidate who shows enthusiasm to learn
* Good basic salary ?18,000 increased to ?22,000 after probation
* Commission structure with realistic potential to earn ?26K
* Opportunity to progress within a more senior role
* The chance to have every Friday off WITH pay subject to KPI's
* Half day / early finish every Friday
