Our client is a market leading German company with over 40 years' experience of supplying high quality products to engineering and plastics companies all around the UK.

They currently have an opportunity for someone to join their sales team. For this role you will predominantly be 75% office based and 25% field based.

Main Roles

* This is a unique hybrid role that would appeal to a successful internal sales rep who may be frustrated with sole office work.
* The key focus of the role will be to search for potential customers and create warm telephone leads right through to face to face appointments. You will create a pipeline of leads that you will manage right through to a sale.
* The Territory Sales Executive will be supported and work in parallel with the companies pre-existing appointment team. You will expect to be on the road 2-3 days every fortnight or whenever applicable.

Job Requirements

* An integral part of this role will be to capitalize on sales opportunities and close deals
* Follow up new business opportunities and create face to face appointments
* Create a pipeline of warm sales leads and customer prospects
* Manage a geographical area and service all customers
* Plan, prepare and successfully deliver product presentations
* Effectively communicate products to prospective clients
* Overseeing the development of marketing literature such as emails and call scripts etc
* Providing management with feedback
* Managing existing client needs

The successful candidate will need to be accountable for their own performance, time management and sales targets.
